Sumantha [:But reflection is really powerful because it boosts confidence and it reminds you that you can do hard things.
Sumantha [:It gives you fuel to keep going.
Sumantha [:So today is a really simple task.
Sumantha [:I want you to acknowledge your journey.
Sumantha [:Say it out loud if you have to—say, "I've done well," because you have.
Sumantha [:And every step you've taken has mattered.
Sumantha [:Whatever today looks like, take a moment to celebrate how far you've come.
