You know, some of your most important work will never make it to Instagram or Facebook or wherever you publish, you know, updates for your audience. The refining, the behind the scenes, the planning, the thinking, the unseen hours of preparation. They really matter. We don't often talk about them. We don't often show people, but they're the bits that are really powerful.
Sumantha:I once spent about two weeks rethinking my client onboarding process. No one outside of my business saw that work, but it changed the experience for my clients completely. They felt cared about. They could see that I was listening and I was watching them. I was seeing them, and they felt that from the first moment.
Sumantha:And you know what? The retention really improved. People stayed with me for longer. The reason I'm sharing this is because not all the work and preparation that we do behind the scenes in our business feels glamorous. It doesn't always feel exciting, but don't underestimate or undervalue the things that aren't visible. Often it's the quiet, unseen work that builds the strongest foundation and frees you up to grow later and makes the most impact. So ask yourself, what quiet work are you doing now that your future self will thank you for.
