PS 135 Why small changes compound
We often look for big breakthroughs. The one change that will fix everything. In this episode, I explain why real progress in your tutoring or education business usually comes from small, quiet shifts.
I talk about how simplifying a process, refining your offer or adjusting your messaging can reduce friction and build confidence over time. These small steps make marketing, sales and business growth feel lighter and more manageable.
Enjoy :-)

We tend to look for really big shifts, do we not? The big idea, the dramatic change, the thing that will suddenly make everything work. But progress does not happen like that. And look, we are educators. We know this. We do this with our students, but we forget it for ourselves sometimes.
Sumantha:Progress happens quietly. Maybe you adjust one part of your offer that makes a difference. You simplify a process and free up some time. You change how you talk about what you do and it becomes a little stronger. None of these changes feel exciting on their own, but together they build momentum.
Sumantha:When we think about progress, it helps to focus on small changes because small changes reduce friction. Big goals can feel overwhelming, and when they are not broken down into small steps, people often feel paralysed by them.
Sumantha:When you make small changes and take small steps, decisions feel easier and confidence grows. Confidence compounds over time. When you feel stuck, you do not need to overhaul everything. You just need to ask, what is one small change that would make this feel lighter and easier?
