70 Managing Overwhelm
There is always so much to do, isn't there?!
It's not unusual to experience overwhelm as a business owner - in fact, I'd go as far as to say that it's completely normal.
I'm yet to meet anyone who doesn't experience it, so we need to normalise it.
Overwhelm doesn't mean we're bad business people.
It doesn't mean that there's something wrong with us.
BUT we do need to have tools to manage it.
And what works for each of us will be different.
In this episode, I explore some actionable ways you can take action now - all based on mine and my clients' experiences.
The highlights:
- Invest money in things that'll release time
- Have a clear view of all business tasks and categorise them
- Make informed business decisions to avoid future overwhelm
- Understand the real cause
