This one inspired by my 7-year old student ...
When I asked my group class to talk about a women that inspired them (for International Womens' Day), she asked 'can I choose me?'
And it reminded me how we often neglect to recognise how much we can learn from ourselves.
In this episode, I share a way to document your learnings so you can use yourself as a learning tool as and when you need to.
