If you talk about successes (no, it's not boasting), it leads to more sales.
I take inspiration from the Netflix series called Watcher - it's a creepy one that features a stalker.
But, don't worry - I'm not mapping stalking to our businesses!
What I do talk about is one element that features an English professor who asks students to write an ode to a house that they love.
And I explore how doing this for our businesses can, in fact, lead to more sales ...
