We often wait to feel confident before we take action. But confidence rarely arrives fully formed. It tends to build with each small step.
Sumantha:Think back to something you can now do with ease—maybe it’s running a consultation call, teaching a lesson, or handling a tricky client conversation. That confidence didn’t just appear. It grew as you showed up, again and again.
